About BCCT
Base Conscious Creative Training, 寶藍澄國際有限公司 (BCCT). Since 1998, we have designed team experiences that companies carry back to the workplace.
What we do
BCCT specializes in corporate team building and creative training. We turn psychology, neuroscience and theater principles into team experiences people can feel and put into practice: physical interaction, collective painting, rock climbing challenges, as well as mixology, forest therapy and camping. Every one of them serves the same purpose: to let teams practice trust, communication, alignment and creative thinking in real situations, build a growth mindset for facing challenges, and then bring these abilities back to work.
The end of the activity is not the finish line. Every program includes facilitation and reflection, so participants can put into words what they noticed along the way. That is how the change in a team actually lasts.

Founder
Brendon Chen (陳建衡) is the founder and lead facilitator of BCCT. He has been leading corporate team experiences since 1998, applying methods from psychology and theater training to organizational and team development. He has also talked about creativity, connection and team development on Xuan Liu's 'How to' podcast (劉軒的 How to 人生學); the conversation is featured in Insights.
