Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This policy is established by 寶藍澄國際有限公司 ("BCCT", "we" or "us") in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

1. What data we collect

• Quote requests: the contact name, job title, company name, department, email and event requirements (group size, timing, region, goals, budget and notes) you enter on the Get a quote page.
• Newsletter subscriptions: your email and name (optional).
• Post-event feedback survey: the name and job title (optional), satisfaction ratings and feedback you provide after attending an event. Your feedback is only quoted in the way you choose in the survey (showing your name, job title and company; showing only your job title and industry; or not made public). "What could be improved" is for internal use only and is never made public.
• Visit statistics: the website records page views for each page, the referring website, country and device type to understand how the site is used. These statistics do not use cookies, do not store IP addresses and cannot identify any individual.
• Website usage behavior: we use the PostHog analytics tool to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages they view and where they scroll and click, and we record anonymous sessions to improve the website experience. During recording, the content of every input field is masked, so the name, email or other data you enter is never recorded. PostHog stores a random identifier in your browser to recognize repeat visits from the same visitor.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your quote request, provide a formal quotation and contact you about arranging the event.
• With your consent, to send you BCCT event information or our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the email.
• After a quote request is submitted, we may refer to publicly available information about the company (such as its official website and news) to prepare for our conversation. We do not collect information about the contact person's private life.

3. Data storage and sharing

• Data is stored on cloud services provided by Cloudflare and transmitted over encrypted connections.
• We use Brevo to send quotations, confirmation emails and newsletters; Brevo receives only the email address and name needed for delivery.
• Website usage data is processed by PostHog and stored on servers in the United States, with retention according to PostHog's service settings.
• Except as required by law, we do not sell your data or provide it to other third parties.
• Quote request data is kept for 3 years after our discussions end; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

4. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may at any time request to inquire about, review or obtain copies of your personal data, supplement or correct it, stop its collection or processing, or have it deleted. Please email service@brendonchen.com, and we will reply within 15 business days.

5. Cookies and third-party content

This website uses PostHog to analyze how the site is used, which stores identifiers in your browser (cookies and local storage); you can clear or block them in your browser settings. Logging in to the staff area uses a necessary session cookie. Videos on the home page are provided by YouTube and load only after you click play; once loaded, Google's privacy policy applies.
