What is BCCT, and what team activities do you offer?
BCCT (Base Conscious Creative Training, 寶藍澄國際有限公司) designs corporate team building and creative training programs that draw on psychology, neuroscience and theater. We currently run 8 core programs:

What half-day team building options are there?
These programs all fit within half a day:

The full-day program is Reset in Nature (about 6.5 hours, excluding travel), and the two-day, one-night program is Border Comfy.
What are the minimum and maximum group sizes?
- Body Reflection 16–90 people
- Rotation Σ 6+ people (no upper limit)
- Going Up! Climbing 12–36 people
- Knowing Each Other 18–60 people
- CHARMix Lab Mixology 18–60 people
- Reset in Nature 12–36 people
- Border Comfy 12–40 people
- Montage of Imagination 24+ people (no upper limit)
For groups outside these ranges, a BCCT consultant can look at splitting into sessions or a custom design.
How are BCCT's fees calculated?
Our pricing rules are transparent and made up of these items (excl. tax; 5% business tax is added):
- Facilitator fee based on headcount and language (Chinese or English)
- Activity assistants staffed according to headcount
- Materials and equipment calculated per person
- Fixed costs such as equipment transport

Roughly how much does a corporate team building activity cost?
Estimates for 30 people, facilitated in Chinese, excl. tax:
- Half-day programs Body Reflection, Rotation Σ, Going Up! Climbing, Knowing Each Other, CHARMix Lab Mixology, Montage of Imagination about NT$ 43,500–NT$ 122,420
- Full-day program Reset in Nature about NT$ 109,000
- Two-day, one-night program Border Comfy about NT$ 187,000
Prices differ mainly by length, staffing, materials and equipment, and whether meals, accommodation or a campsite are included. Estimates exclude venue fees and travel costs, and 5% business tax is added; facilitation in English adds NT$ 5,000 per session to the facilitator fee. The final amount depends on headcount, date and requirements, and BCCT's formal quotation is final.
Can the activity be facilitated in English?
Yes. Every program can be facilitated in Chinese or English. English facilitation adds NT$ 5,000 per session to the facilitator fee. Choose "English" on the quote page to see the adjusted amount.
Where can activities take place?

For other areas, BCCT can help find a suitable venue; events outside Taiwan are assessed case by case by a consultant.
What's the difference between indoor and outdoor activities?
- Indoor programs Largely unaffected by weather; a regular meeting room or activity space works. Some programs need more room (for example, Montage of Imagination needs about 50–60 ping, or 165–200 m², for 45 people).
- Outdoor programs Reset in Nature, Border Comfy Adjusted for the weather. BCCT confirms before the event whether it goes ahead as planned and reschedules if necessary.
Can teams that aren't good at drawing join the painting activities?
Yes.
- Rotation Σ, Knowing Each Other, Montage of Imagination All use painting as a vehicle for practicing communication, alignment and collaboration. They aren't art classes, and no drawing experience is needed.
Which program helps break the ice quickly and lets colleagues who don't know each other get acquainted?
- Knowing Each Other a gradual, pressure-free way to get to know each other
- Body Reflection shorter (about 90–150 minutes)

How do I get a quote, and how long does it take?
