Where it runsHeld at your chosen venue (anywhere in northern, central or southern Taiwan)
How it runs
- Orientation: introducing the concept and helping everyone relax (about 5 minutes)
- My color: pick a color that represents you and fill your canvas with it (about 10 minutes)
- Authentic Portrait: draw the partner you were assigned with your non-dominant hand, then give it to them as a name badge (about 10 minutes)
- Chat chat: form groups around 3–4 questions and gradually get to know more colleagues (about 15 minutes)
- Message of color: turn how the music makes you feel into adjectives, give them to the colleagues they remind you of, and share (about 30 minutes)
- Tea break: let the first half sink in (about 15 minutes)
- My new colors: create your own piece with the color cards you received (about 35 minutes)
- One for all: discuss in small groups, complete a large canvas together, then share (about 30 minutes)
Timing for each stage adjusts on the day to the group’s pace and the facilitator’s judgment.
