How it runs
- Mixology basics and icebreaker: cocktail fundamentals, and picking a glass that reflects who you are
- Design your own cocktail: choose the base spirit, syrups, bitters, spices, mixing method and ratios to create a drink that represents you
- Tasting, group discussion and setting a theme for your group's cocktail series
- Adjust your cocktail based on feedback and the theme
- Each group presents and introduces its cocktail series
- Happy Hour: order a drink from the bartender you admire most (each person accepts at most two orders) and enjoy the conversation
Timing for each stage adjusts on the day to the group’s pace and the facilitator’s judgment.
