How it runs
- Opening and briefing
- Icebreaker: Authentic Portrait (about 30 minutes)
- Theme presentations by each group (30–40 minutes): one theme, a different interpretation per group
- Groups discuss the theme and sketch their design (about 20 minutes)
- Rotating creation (about 60 minutes): paint on your own canvas for 10 minutes, then rotate to another canvas in your group every 5 minutes
- Sharing and discussion (30–40 minutes), followed by a group photo
Timing for each stage adjusts on the day to the group’s pace and the facilitator’s judgment.
